Method of preparation: One raw, the rest on the BBQ.
Comments: Turkey, Halal, Arabic label
Different, kind of clove taste. Surface burning on the BBQ like hot
dog. Not bad for something so offbeat.
Overall Rating: Not bad, and I like that it complies with Islamic law.
