Texture: Like SPAM
Method of preparation: Tasted out of the can, made a small sandwich with
mayonnaise. I'm really looking forward to cooking some.
Comments: It's SPAMmy. It's garlicky. If you like both, you'll love
this.
Overall Rating: This is more than an acceptable substitute for SPAM, it
is a preferred alternative for those with a taste for garlic.
