Smell: Beefy.
Texture: Firm, not crumbly like corned beef.
Method of preparation: Sample slice from can.
Comments: Halal. Can seemed thicker than most. The Brazilian origin
and fact that it is beef invite comparison to corned beef, and the
smell/taste was somewhat similar, but not as spicy.
Overall Rating: Quite different, but pretty good. As good as SPAM, but
in a different, beefy way.
