Smell: Spammy
Texture: Chunky. Even a little chunkier than SPAM.
Method of preparation: Straight from can for taste test; I barbequed the
fat out of the rest.
Comments: Classic SPAM/pork/ham taste, not too salty. I found a couple
of small bone chips, this may bother you, but it didn't bother me.
Cool side-winding can with wierd flat key.
Overall Rating: Acceptable substitute for SPAM.
