Smell: Like lunch meat.
Texture: Smooth, gelatinous, like bologna.
Method of preparation: Ate some from can for taste test, barbequed the
rest. No surface burning like low fat chicken/turkey products, this has
plenty of fat in it.
Comments: Rather salty, and when you barbeque off all the water, it gets
even more so. Tastes OK uncooked, like bologna or other lunch meat.
Overall Rating: If you're looking for a SPAM substitute, look elsewhere.
But if you want a pretty fair lunch meat, this might be your stuff.
