Smell: Like canned meat.
Texture: This one was a bit gelatinous, somewhat rubbery, but not
outrageously chewy or anything.
Method of preparation: Sample straight from can, then put the rest on
the barbeque, except for the slice that went on the scanner.
Comments: Aside from the texture, I noticed that this one was somewhat
sweet, and a little salty. If you like sweet, this could be your meat.
Tended to darken on the barbeque, probably because of the sugar.
Otherwise a very normal lunchmeat taste.
Overall Rating: Quite different from SPAM, but could meet a certain
need.
