Smell: A little beefy.
Texture: Smooth, gelatinous, soft. A bit too soft for me.
Method of preparation: Sample from can.
Comments: This does have that beefy taste, but the mushiness of the meat
made it seem less appetizing. Mild taste, very little spice, and not
especially salty.
Overall Rating: I would rank this below most of the gelatinous Halal
products because of the very soft texture.
