Smell: Not much.
Texture: Firm, not squishy.
Method of preparation: Small sample from can.
Comments: Since 1930? Hormel only claims since 1937.
Overall Rating: Taste was bland and slightly mealy. May not be 100% meat.
The can was really old when I opened it so I did not want to each much.
Less salty than SPAM.
