Texture: Gelatinous, not very firm.
Method of preparation: Straight sample, plus mix with eggs.
Comments: This is a typical poultry spam, smooth like bologna, but not
spicy, not much clove taste. Mild taste and smooth texture goes with
anything! And you can eat with confidence because it is Halal.
Overall Rating: Acceptable Islamic poultry spam.
