Smell: Like poultry spam
Texture: Smooth, gelatinous, not firm.
Method of preparation: Sample from can, mix with eggs.
Comments: While labelled as Halal, it seems to be targeted to Hispanic
markets ("Hecho con Pollo"). Mild flavor, looks like bologna but not quite
as firm. I like that it is made in the USA. Not bad.
Overall Rating: Acceptable poultry SPAM, but the real deal oven roasted
turkey Hormel product has a meatier texture and better flavor.
