Texture: Softer than expected, I think it has a high % water.
Method of preparation: Sample from can + fried.
Comments: From USA, US inspected. USA rocks.
Overall Rating: Not bad, the little flecks look like ham, and has
a kind of middle of the road spammy taste. Good emergency
substitute for SPAM.
