Smell: Unremarkable canned meat spammy.
Texture: Very soft, pasty, mealy texture. Not a good substitute for
meat.
Method of preparation: Controlled tasting sample. Popped can open and
started eating.
Comments: "Smoke Flavor Added". That's why ham mix products are
popular. I like smoke.
Overall Rating: I would skip this one as a SPAM substitute and go for
something with a more meaty texture.
