Smell: Unremarkable, canned meat spammy.
Texture: Not real firm, but not too soft. Not as meaty as real SPAM.
Method of preparation: Sample from can. Taste fine, not too salty.
There's always too much fat...
Comments: Wow, the steel snap top has a U.S. patent. I did not know
that. Country of origin is unclear, but USDA inspection is a hint.
Overall Rating: Could do worse as a SPAM substitute. No hearty
recommendation, though.
