Smell: Hammy/Spammy
Texture: Pretty firm
Method of preparation: Sample from can.
Comments: This is from Denmark, so different from the other Martin's.
It seems rather fatty. After sampling, I threw some on the barbecue
and it lost about 70% of its bulk in water and fat. Good taste though,
not too salty, most likely an excellent substitute for real Spam.
Overall Rating: Good, very much like Spam.
