Texture: Typical smooth spam
Method of preparation: Sample from can, and tried with eggs -- that's
what Chorizo is supposed to be good for. Held up pretty well.
Comments: Sorry for the small can, but that is all you can find in the
dollar stores. Slighly spicy, almost underwhelming. Aside from that it
is a very typical mechanically separated pulverized chicken and pork
luncheon loaf.
Overall Rating: Right in the middle of the pack, but with that slight
extra kick from the spice that may catch the interest of some. For a
dollar store find, you really can't expect much more than that.
