Smell: Not strong or spicy.
Texture: Firmer than some of these homogenized preparations.
Method of preparation: Sample from can, save the rest for later.
Comments: One side of the can is blank. Very unusual. Old school steel
can.
Overall Rating: Interesting product. It was not clove-y like a lot of
the Halal cans, no strong spice at all, just a slight sweetness, which
is unusual. Lists brown sugar as an ingredient, so that may explain it.
That, and just the meat taste with a reasonably firm texture made it a
cut above the normal homogenized product.
