Smell: Fine, like canned meat.
Texture: Firm, meaty texture, even firmer than real SPAM.
Method of preparation: Sample from can while the meat scans were being
done.
Comments: Halal, Arabic. This one was a bit of a surprise. When the
can was opened, the meat cake was swimming in what seemed to be a pool
of oil. The cake was kind of like a sponge saturated with the oil. But
it was all in a good way. The meat was firm and tasty, and the oil made
it seem juicy or moist. This is a unique and interesting product.
Overall Rating: Near the top of the non-SPAM spams. Good stuff.
