-Spam Chorizo-
Smell: Mexican.
Texture: Nice firm Spam brick.
Method of preparation: Sample from can.
Comments: What you always wanted, SPAM with salivary glands. Well,
maybe not, it clearly says "with chorizo seasoning". Tastes like a
slightly dry, firm Spam with a lot of red chili powder. Not too hot,
just deeply stained.
Overall Rating: This is a good Spam, recommended if you like the chili
powder thing. It has been a long time since I had real chorizo, but I'm
guessing this is not a great substitute for the real thing.
