Smell: Average SPAM smell.
Texture: Good firm texture.
Method of preparation: Sample from can, fried, etc.
Comments: Aluminum can. Lower fat and sodium. Pork and Chicken.
Seemed saltier than it really needed to be, but definitely less fat,
noticeable when frying. Pretty good product, a worthy competitor to
SPAM Lite.
Overall Rating: An acceptable substitute for SPAM Lite.
