Texture: Rather soft, and somewhat granular in texture.
Method of preparation: Sample from can.
Comments: Hormel style aluminum can. Marked as Halal. Rather typical poultry
spam product.
Overall Rating: Acceptable taste and quality, but could be firmer. If you
compare this with Hormel oven roasted turkey SPAM, I think you would prefer
the Hormel.
