Texture: Fairly meaty, decent mouth feel.
Method of preparation: Ate a slice, then made a quick sandwich.
Comments: "Luncheon Meat - Pork", "Product of Denmark", Asian writing on can.
May be marketed to Asians, but this is Danish ham in disguise.
Overall Rating: Acceptable SPAM substitute. SPAM may be firmer, saltier,
more in your face, but this is a pretty fair example of the art of canned
meat.
