Texture: Gelatinous, but not overly so. Not real firm, very typical
chicken spam.
Method of preparation: Sampled from can.
Comments: Chicken. USA Flag. Halal. The picture on the can of the
meat looks nothing like the inside. USDA inspected is always good.
Cool Arabic writing. New style aluminum can.
Overall Rating: Not bad in its category, which is chicken or
chicken/beef products for the middle eastern market. Spice is subtle,
not overwhelming.
