Smell: Little off from SPAM, but not too bad.
Texture: Firm, fine, a little mealy.
Method of preparation: Sample from can.
Comments: "China well known mark". No sodium nitrite, which is interesting.
Curious dimpled top. Modern pull tab opening. I like the Chinese writing
on the tracking marks on the bottom.
Rather fine texture and taste is reminiscent of liverwurst. The mealy
texture makes me think it's not all meat. Not much flavor there to tell
you it is pork.
Overall Rating: Not too good, but it was edible. Perhaps being prepared with
other food could improve it.
