Smell: Lunch-meaty
Texture: Firm, not mushy, SPAM-like but maybe a bit softer.
Method of preparation: Sampled from the can.
Comments: Pork and chicken is an interesting combination. Most of the combo
meats have been beef/turkey/chicken, because they were Halal or close to it.
The can is the classic Hormel aluminum can, the top even has the same pattern
as real SPAM. And, I must point out, "it's not Johnnie Walker".
Overall Rating: I thought this tasted pretty good. Seemed about as greasy
as SPAM, but quite a bit less salty. Compare to SPAM Low Sodium.
